individuals with the courage to change their
lives.”
Program Goals
Program is to provide an independent clinical
assessment to determine a level of need and
recommend the most appropriate, least
restrictive service to meet the patient’s
presenting problem. The program is
developed to maintain patients in the
community setting i.e. to avert hospitalization
or re-hospitalization; provide normative
environments with a high assurance of safety
and security; stabilize patients in mental
health crisis; and mobilize the resources of
the community and natural support systems
for ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation.
Refine operates like a hospital emergency
department that accepts all walk-ins as well
as ambulance, fire, and police drop offs, Our
facility is characterized by chairs/recliners to
maximize flexibility in capacity and client
flow.
Unfortunately, the only way out of withdrawal is GOING THROUGH IT. However, you don’t have to go through it on your own. We highly recommend a supervised detox at a medical facility!

The Refine Stabilization Center is a walk-in facility for people feeling overwhelmed by mental health, substance use, or other life issues, such as:

The Stabilization Center is:
- Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- 100% voluntary
- For youth, adults, and families
- A safe, comfortable, secure, and welcoming environment
- A recognized alternative to a hospital emergency department
- A prompt assessment facility
Participant Responsibilities
- Persons served have the responsibility to treat other persons served and employees with courtesy
- with courtesy. Persons served have the responsibility to behave in such a way as to protect themselves and others from exposure to or transmission of any infectious or communicable disease.
- Persons served have the responsibility to make their concerns known to Restore Incorporated staff and to ask questions when they require information from staff.
- Persons served have the responsibility to follow all of Restore Incorporated safety rules and posted signs.
- Persons served have the responsibility to keep scheduled appointments
- Persons served have the responsibility to attend services without the use of alcohol or illicit drugs.
